Phase II SBIR Winner

We are thrilled to announce that Enduralock has been awarded a $1.2 million Air Force SBIR Phase II contract for our proposal “Mechanically locking, high vibration resistant fuel line connectors and hydraulic fittings to improve flight line maintenance times on the B-1 and B-2 by eliminating the need for safety wire”.

Tactical Add-On Funding Contract (TACFI)

We are excited to announce that Enduralock has been awarded a $1.8 million Tactical Add-On Funding Increase Contract in conjunction with the United States Air Force and Space Force. For 24 months, we will continue our efforts in the development of our End-Effector for robotic installation of our miniaturized Silver Lock Fastener for in-space assembly and missile applications.

Orbital Prime Phase I STTR Award

We are excited to announce that Enduralock has been awarded an Orbital Prime Phase I STTR for our proposal “Latching and Fastening Mechanism for On-orbit Servicing, Assembly, and Manufacturing.” Over the next 5 months, we will collaborate with Southwest Research Institute to develop a multi-contact electrical and mechanical connector to assemble satellites on-orbit from modules.

Air Force Direct to Phase II SBIR Award

We are excited to announce that  has been awarded a United States Air Force SBIR Direct to Phase II contract to qualify Enduralock products as subs on the B-1 long-range bomber, B-2 stealth bomber, and KC-135 aerial refueler. The use of Enduralock technologies will dramatically improve flight line maintenance times for these aircraft.

Air Force Phase II SBIR Award - Mechanically Locking Nut Plate Technology

We have officially been awarded our second Air Force SBIR PHASE II contract. Over the next 15 months, we will develop the first mechanically locking and self-aligning nut plate that is magnetically unlocked. The technology has the potential to provide for a highly reliable integration solution for assembly of structures on orbit  using  robotic manipulators.

SBA Contest Winner - National Security and Defense

We have officially been awarded our second Air Force SBIR PHASE II contract. Over the next 15 months, we will develop the first mechanically locking and self-aligning nut plate that is magnetically unlocked. The technology has the potential to provide for a highly reliable integration solution for assembly of structures on orbit  using  robotic manipulators.

Air Force Phase II SBIR Award - Fasteners

We have officially been awarded an Air Force SBIR PHASE II contract. Over the next 15 months, we will focus on the development and qualification of size No. 4-No. 10 mechanically locking, high vibration resistant fasteners for elimination of safety wire in missiles, satellites, space vehicles and robotic in-space assembly.

Air Force Phase I SBIR Award - Magnetically Actuated Nutplate

We have secured our second DoD contract by being awarded another Air Force SBIR Phase I. Our focus will be the development of a magnetically actuated, mechanically locking, and self-aligning nut plate for in-space assembly and maintenance.

Air Force Phase I SBIR Award - Fasteners

Enduralock has been awarded an Air Force Phase I SBIR grant for the miniaturization of the Silver Lock Fastener and is now on a Department of Defense contract. The Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program is highly competitive and encourages small businesses to engage in Federal Research & Development with the potential for commercialization.

AFWERX Announces Enduralock Among Top Teams Selected to Revolutionize the Space Ecosystem

AFWERX, the catalyst for fostering innovation within the U.S. Air Force, announced Enduralock as one of the top 26 participating teams out of 809 total teams selected from across the globe competing in the EngageSpace challenge, working to revolutionize how the space ecosystem works, dismantle the walls between sectors and close the “believability gap” for what’s possible in space.

We Are A Top 3 Finalist For ADIPEC Awards Oil & Gas Start-Up Company Of The Year

ADIPEC (Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition & Conference) is the largest annual Oil & Gas conference in the world, so Enduralock is truly honored to have been selected as one of 3 finalists in their competition. Enduralock has developed the first 2 – 3 inch diameter locking bolt for use in pipelines and refineries to reduce the possibility of oil spillage from fastener loosening due to daily cyclical thermal expansion and contraction of the bolts.
