Diana Greenberg
Chief Operating Officer
Diana is a Co-Founder of Enduralock and she manages daily operations. She successfully implemented Enduralock’s quality management system and attained AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 certifications for the company. She graduated from the University of Kansas with Bachelor’s degrees in Spanish and Latin American Studies. She then completed her Master’s Degree of Business Administration at the University of Missouri—Kansas City, with a concentration in entrepreneurship. Diana has over 12 years of management, operations, quality assurance, and fundraising expertise.

Steve Krum
Business Development Manager
Steve brings his experience from a distinguished 23-year career in the US Navy, serving first as a fighter pilot and test pilot with over 2,100 hours in 25 different types of aircraft. He transitioned into defense acquisition, specializing in the oversight of aircraft and satellite manufacturing, repair and overhaul. During his military service, he collaborated closely with major aerospace manufacturers, including Boeing, Northrop Grumman and Lockheed Martin, to implement best manufacturing practices supporting the needs of the Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, and the National Reconnaissance Office.

Spencer Hanson
Business Development Representative
Spencer is a Business Development Representative at Enduralock. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Northwest Missouri State University and attended Des Moines Area Community College in Boone, Iowa. In his role at Enduralock, Spencer helps ensure smooth business operations and builds relationships to drive growth.

Deeptesh Selvaraj
Senior R&D Engineer
Deeptesh has 11 years of new product development experience and over 4 years of technical project management experience. Prior to joining Enduralock, Deeptesh worked for Volvo Group in Bangalore, India. He earned his Master’s in Mechanical Engineering with focus on Continuum & Computational Mechanics from the University of Kansas. Deeptesh specializes in machine design, finite element analysis, optimization techniques, project management and product management.

Zoltan Szekely
Senior Mechanical Engineer
Zoltan is an experienced mechanical engineer with 20+ years of aerospace fastener design experience. He earned his Master’s degree from University of Connecticut focusing on Design and Manufacturing. His experience includes ten years at Monogram Aerospace Fasteners as an R&D Engineer and R&D Engineering Supervisor developing, testing and launching into production novel fastening systems.

Jon Poulter
Senior Electromechanical Engineer
Jon has 11 years of experience in the Aerospace industry working on industrial automation projects. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Physics from the Pennsylvania State University and later earned his Master of Science in Creative Technology & Design, with a focus on Robotics, from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Andrew Hamons
Aerospace Engineer
Andrew is an aerospace engineer with over two and a half years of comprehensive experience at Bell Textron, where he specialized in both Drive Systems and Airframe Stress Analysis. During his tenure, he contributed to a wide range of high-profile projects, including the V280 Invictus, AH-1Z Viper, and UH-1Y Venom, where his expertise in analyzing airframe performance played a key role in ensuring the safety and durability of these advanced aircraft.

Ethan Zimmerman

Ethan is a Mechanical Engineer with a background in general manufacturing and construction engineering design. While earning his Bachelor’s degree at the University of Kansas, Ethan participated in undergraduate research in the areas of heat transfer and battery technology development; utilizing lab and simulation data for design optimization.
